From the moment of withdrawal the Operator stops processing the corresponding personal data and arranges for their destruction within thirty (30) days, save for data the Operator must retain by law.
The consent enters into force when I tick “I consent to the processing of my personal data” during registration on the Service.
2. Consent to dissemination of personal data (art. 10.1 of 152-FZ; Order of Roskomnadzor № 18 of 24.02.2021)
If the User enables the Public Profile feature, the User gives an additional separate consent to the dissemination of personal data in the form prescribed by Order of Roskomnadzor № 18 of 24.02.2021:
Operator processing the data: Mikhail Andreevich Mogilnikov, an individual paying tax on professional income (self-employed under Russian law) (INN 890603192936), legal@bioly.app.
Operator’s information resources where the personal data permitted by the subject for dissemination will be published: https://bioly.app/{identifier} — the User’s Public Profile; the indexing results of the said page by search engines if the User has not blocked such indexing.
Purposes: publication of the User’s public link-in-bio page; enabling Visitors to contact the User; provision of the data the User has permitted for dissemination.
Categories and list of personal data permitted for dissemination, with conditions and prohibitions — the User manages them in the account area; for each category the User may select “allow” or “prohibit”: nickname/display name; photo (avatar); bio / description; external links; texts and images in bento grid blocks; public page address (slug).
Conditions and prohibitions on processing of disseminated data: the User may allow or prohibit (a) indexing of the page by search engines; (b) transfer of the data to third parties (save for cases directly provided by law); (c) anonymised use of the data for Service analytics.
Validity: until withdrawn. Withdrawal is one click in the account area through the “Unpublish” / profile deletion function or by sending a notice to legal@bioly.app. From the moment of withdrawal the Operator stops the dissemination within twenty-four (24) hours and sends cease-dissemination requests to search engines and any third parties to whom the data had previously been transferred, under art. 10.1 of 152-FZ.
3. Marketing communications consent
Marketing communications consent is optional. The User may give separate consent to receive promotional and informational messages by e-mail. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time by (a) using the unsubscribe link in a message; (b) changing preferences in the account area; or (c) writing to legal@bioly.app. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal. Service messages necessary to operate the Account and the Service are sent without separate marketing consent.
4. Subject’s awareness
By submitting (electronically confirming) this consent the User confirms that the User:
- has read the Privacy Policy;
- has read the Terms of Service;
- understands the scope, purposes and retention of processing;
- confirms full legal capacity and that the User is at least eighteen (18) years old.
5. Language versions
